Jorge Piñeiro is one of Cienfuegos’ finest Chefs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available every day. Jorges "repetoire de la cuisine" is endless and he will prepare anything you like. He takes great pride in creating his dishes. Dining is "al fresco" in the covered outside dining area and his choice of international background music rounds out the great atmosphere. Be sure to finish your dinner with one of his special Rum spiked Cuban coffees!!
