This is a colonial house that maintains their original architecture as well as windows, furniture, doors and some of the floors.
It has one room for rent. It also has dining room, living room with couch, armchair, CD player and sideboard, a hall with seats and a lot of vegetation, and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has one double bed plus one small double bed, private bathroom en-suite with cold and hot water permanently, air conditioner.
