The house was built in 1845 and still preserves original roofs, floors, doors and windows. Both rooms have fans and private bathroom (hot water) and the triple has air-conditioning. The house has a small hall, hall, dinning room, a central yard decorated with ornamental plants and tropical birds (tables and chairs available for resting, taking sun bathes or you may order breakfast and meals) and colonial style furniture.
